Samantha advises individuals on a range of personal legal matters, specialising in the administration of estates after death, the preparation of Wills and legal rights claims.  Samantha also assists with the setting up and administration of trusts, including Personal Injury Trusts and Liferent Trusts.

 

Samantha deals with the preparation and administration of Powers of Attorney. She advises on Guardianship Applications under the Adults with Incapacity Legislation, including the replacement of Guardians.
